Name of the Program: GARMENTS AND DRESSES MAKING VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME TO THE RURAL POOR DESTITUTE WOMEN FOR THEIR SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD

Implementation:
The aim of this project is to provide training in garments making and dress making skill to 30 poor and destitute women so that they can support themselves as well as their families and thus eradicate their poverty. New improved methodologies and latest trends of Garment Making trade in innovative and attractive strategies imparted to the trainees. The preparation, marketing and development strategies are involved in the training course curriculum. After the training is completed GHEC given the seed money support enabling them to have their own garments making unit started under the effect of the proposed programme. Now these 30 women are living with self-sufficient and earning good income for their livelihood.
