Implementation:
30 women divided into 3 Groups with 10 members in each Group. These 30 women are the direct beneficiaries of the programme.
A
skill development training was organised to these 3 Groups for a period
of one month.
After completion of skill development training period GHEC
provided the required equipments and raw materials to our target group
to start the Pickles making profession under the supervision of
Instructress. Now these
women groups are preparing Pickles of various kinds like tomato pickles,
mango pickles, lemon pickles, chilies pickles etc.. in every month.
This production phase will be continued for a period of 11
months. The profits are
distributing equally among these 30 women.
Thus these women become self-sufficient through this economic
development programme.
