Implementation:

GHEC received grant from the “World Development and Relief Committee, Methodist Church in Ireland,”  to implement the above mentioned programme.  GHEC conducted training to the poor educated youth in the skills of Motor Driving and Motor Mechanism and thus developed the latent skills of the target group youth.  After completion of training these poor rural youth got jobs in Government (or) Private Firms.  Our organisation  also succeeded  to get loans from the local Banks to start their own Mechanism Shops for the self-employment.  Now these rural poor youth become self-sufficient.
