Name of the Program: COVID-19 RELIEF PROGRAMME - DISTRIBUTION OF ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES TO POOR PEOPLE 

Implementation:

'The second wave Covid-19 was increased corona virus cases in our Andhra Pradesh State. Hence Government has imposed a 'Curfew' with Lockdown-like restrictions. The worst victims of this Lockdown are 'daily wage labours' such as construction workers, workers in the Shops, factory workers, hotel workers, street vendors, agricultural labour, Auto drivers and Rickshaw pullers etc. They are not able to buy essentials commodities like rice, dhall etc., & Hygiene items, due to financial constraints. With the donation of TZEDEK, UK we have helped 65 such poor households with essentials commodities viz., Rice, Cooking oil, Wheat flour, Dhall, Sugar, Tamarind, Garlic, soaps, Sanitizer Handwash liquids, and Masks on emergency relief.
